Healthy Recipe- Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:-Banana,Blueberries,Strawberries,Yogurt,Whey protein powder


Combine half a banana,a fist full of blueberries,5 strawberries and half cup yogurt/vanilla yogurt in a blender.Give a nice blend together .You could add a teaspoon of whey protein powder to make it more nutritious.Enjoy..
